Need a different scent or size? We offer exchanges for unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process:
- Contact support with your order number and desired exchange
- We'll send a prepaid return label for the original item
- Once received, we'll ship your new item
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Important:
Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage when possible.
