Exchanges

Need a different scent or size? We offer exchanges for unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact support with your order number and desired exchange
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label for the original item
  3. Once received, we'll ship your new item
  4. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Important:

Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage when possible.
